2. Room reservation must be made through on-line registration/reservation system before May 1, 2011 (China National Convention Center Grand Hotel, before Apr. 10, 2011) with total room rent. No reservation (or without total room rent) will be guaranteed after this date .

3. For those who intend to share rooms, please find the roommate by yourself and write down your roommate's name on the on-line registration system.

4. The total room rent will be charged in the event of no show.

5. A hotel confirmation letter will be sent by CICCST from Mar. 7, 2011 upon receiving your total room rent. Any change/cancellation to the booking should be requested before May 10, 2011.
